Our client at the Golden Wood Home Renovation project was looking to update their older home with a modern look and feel. The Golden Wood Homes are high-end townhomes located on the 18th hole of the prestigious Nicklaus North Golf Club. The home had become increasingly outdated, not matching its luxury surroundings and needed a major renovation. The project required structural work and a complete face-lift of the interior, completely deconstructing all of the existing drywall and rebuilding it. We removed the entirety of the finishings and updated them with quality, modern finishings and accents. The results were simply breathtaking!
