Our client at the Stonebridge house was looking for a custom home estate, built from the ground up. The modern, mountain estate included the main house, guest house, pool, and pool house/spa building spread over a wooded, seven-acre lot. Ringmaster delivered on designing not only a functional custom home but an elaborate display of handcrafted big timber joinery and ironwork throughout the build. Our expertise was valued for the infrastructure and civil structures of buildings’ designs. We worked keenly with engineers and architects, with value engineering as an integral part of our plan, to create the foundation and plans of a successful build.

Building a custom home can be a daunting endeavour, but it doesn’t have to be. After our client found an ideal, secluded lot of land in a prestigious neighbourhood of Whistler, we were with them every step of the way to turn dreams into reality. One of the best parts about working with Ringmaster is that we offer a pre-construction process plan, which allows our clients to not deal with the headache of permitting and planning for such a large build. From walking the 7-acre lot, to gaining permits, design, architectures, and building plans, we laid the foundation for a successful project from the get-go. Once shovels hit the dirt, our team worked with extreme efficiency and precision to build an exquisite estate for our client. The result was breathtaking!
