We build custom homes from start to finish, taking care of all of the minor details from the inception of the concept, all the way to handing over the keys. Building a custom home requires an intensive amount of planning, permits, paperwork, design, and organization – areas we are highly experienced with, and a part of our Pre-Construction Process. Furthermore, the unique climate, zoning requirements, and permitting process specific to Whistler require a construction manager who not only knows the ins and outs of the process but who also has a great rapport with all the key players in the process. Coordinating with the proper architects and designers, and ensuring your home is built to the specifications of the design are just a few of the ways your dream will come to life. At Ringmaster, we also pride ourselves on clear communication and an extremely high level of organization. These qualities are crucial for those who are contracting a custom home build from overseas. We’ll even go as far as to set up cameras on the property so you can see the progression of what’s happening, and ensure that you are in the loop every step of the way.
